We collect information you provide directly: email address, display name, and avatar. We also collect transaction data, product listings, and usage data to operate the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Cyra, process payments through Stripe, calculate and distribute revenue splits, send transactional notifications, and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe. Cyra does not store your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe, Supabase) and when required by law.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting abuse@cyralive.com.
