Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cyra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the United States of America. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Platform Description

Cyra is a social commerce marketplace that connects creators with buyers and promoters. The Platform facilitates the sale of digital products and, in the future, physical goods. Cyra acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not responsible for the products sold by creators.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Cyra and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement where applicable:

• ✕Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
• ✕Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately
• ✕Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") — prohibited under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025)
• ✕AI-generated deepfake sexual imagery of any person
• ✕Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activity
• ✕Pirated, plagiarized, or copyright-infringing content
• ✕Malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• ✕Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability
• ✕Weapons, drugs, or any controlled substances
• ✕Content targeting or exploiting minors in any way
• ✕Fraudulent products or misrepresented content

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Cyra, you agree to:

• ✓Only sell products you have the legal right to sell
• ✓Accurately describe your products — misrepresentation will result in account suspension
• ✓Deliver the product as described promptly after purchase
• ✓Comply with all applicable US federal and state laws
• ✓Not use Cyra to defraud buyers or collect payment for products you do not intend to deliver

5. Buyer Protections

Cyra is committed to protecting buyers. If you believe a product you purchased does not match its description, or if you did not receive what you paid for, you may report it to us at abuse@cyralive.com. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action including refunds where warranted.

Cyra respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on Cyra infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to:

7. TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance

In compliance with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (signed May 19, 2025), Cyra maintains a notice-and-removal process for non-consensual intimate imagery including AI-generated deepfakes. Reports are processed within 48 hours. To report such content, contact abuse@cyralive.com immediately.

8. Revenue Sharing

Cyra operates a transparent revenue sharing model. For every sale: 75% goes to the creator, up to 15% to the promoter (based on tier), 7% to the community pool, and the remainder to the platform. These splits are locked and displayed on every product page.

9. Account Termination

Cyra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, without notice. Creators with multiple buyer complaints, chargebacks, or reports of fraud will be reviewed and may be permanently banned.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable US federal law.
